This workshop will provide parents with a basic overview of the Verbal Behavior Approach for increasing language development in children with communication delays. Participants will be introduced to the functions of language and will work with the facilitators to generate a plan individualized to their child.

This seminar focuses on addressing behavioral sleep challenges of young children and will assist families in developing a plan promoting healthy sleep. (Please note: brief screening required as some sleep issues require a more individualized approach.)

This workshop series is designed to cover topics of concern for parents who have a child who has been recently diagnosed with a developmental delay. Each session will provide an opportunity for education, questions, and discussion. When registering please specify which sessions you plan on attending.

This seminar will help teach effective strategies for addressing academic challenges and ways to facilitate efficient home-school communication. Researched based, but family friendly interventions for difficulties with reading, writing, mathematics, and homework completion will be presented.

This workshop is designed to introduce to teachers and school staff how to effectively use the principles of behavior to address challenges within the classroom/school setting.

This workshop will address the basic principles of behavior and effective teaching strategies (discrete trial teaching, verbal behavior approach, etc.) for children with developmental delays. Selecting appropriate goals, ways to monitor progress and beginning program implementation will also be addressed.
